There’s so much to be said about my friend Founder of The Shine Leadership Advantage.

I love first and foremost that I can call her a friend. 💝

Beyond the collaborations and the business partnership, and not just someone I met online at a course… I am deeply grateful we do life together.

If you already know Debbie and are in her world, you would call her your friend too. High five! 🙌🏼

And if you’re not yet, that’s ok… because Debbie has space for more.

Debbie is a natural connector, leader and and visionary. She sees what’s possible ALWAYS. Before you and I do, she’s already laid out the plan and is BRAVE enough to make it happen; for herself and for everyone around her.

She brings out your heart’s true desire.

Debbie is generous and authentically shines in her support of others. That’s why she gathers communities of thousands.

Because she knows there’s more to you. 🌱

And she holds the space and the container for you to step into it. And SHINE.

And when something great happens to her — she says “who can I bring along with me?”

Today, I get a turn to share a little bit of how I support. 🙏🏼

First, I ask a lot of questions. 😊

Sometimes I think all I have are questions.

But they are intended for one thing: CLARITY 👀

For me, to get to know you and hear your vision and your voice. And, what you really might need help with.

It’s always important is to make sure it sits right with you, and that it’s not just a copy paste of what framework or course you’ve just purchased (or have been told, works!).

And then, we develop the what, the how and the who that’s needed to go about carrying this all out. But we can’t do this part, without the questions ⬆️

To get a feel of an initial assessment that I run, I’ve put together a mini resource inside Karen Rae| Being Brave Tour Magazine’ Be Brave Magazine, available on Amazon.

It is alongside these other beautiful women I’ve shared about these past few days, and all of us are inside Founder of The Shine Leadership Advantage’s SHINE community.

5️⃣- 6️⃣- 7️⃣- 8️⃣ Move.

I remember Ashley Borromeo distinctly for this, always.

And while I know at the heart of it is her tap dancing background, it emanates into everything Ashley is, and Ashley does.

When I think of , I think of Ashley: nothing she isn’t afraid to try and try out wholeheartedly.

We do need people in our lives like that; not just to show us the way but to walk alongside us as we do.

Many get “stuck” in the thinking and planning and mulling it over… Ashley can help you get over that hump… to move. And do. And try.

And that is really her living her curriculum on dancing through life.

It’s such an honor to continue this relationship with Ashley and watch her constantly move and SHINE ✨

🌟 WHY NICOLE? 🌟

If there is a person that you should have in your life, Identity & Internal Wealth Mentor is one of those humans. 🙏🏼

I sensed that when I first met her.

Then solidified that belief the more I got to know her as a person, a mother and a coach. She leads with her heart. 🤍

I’ve been privileged to support and collaborate with her on her business. 💎

I further would like to believe that we’ve also become really good friends. 🫶

Now, I get to participate in her and Founder of The Shine Leadership Advantage’s Ignite program 🔥, and already I feel the powerful shifts happening in the group and in me.
