Our first book is now available!

Together with co-author Anthony J. Sadar, I've poured my 30 years of experience into the pages of "Environmental Risk Communication: Principles and Practices for Industry.”

• Walk the Talk
• Set Goals
• Know Your Audience
• Deal with Emotional Elements First.

Have you noticed that none of these deal with science and technical complexity? That’s because the major tripping hazards of risk communication have more to do with simple human nature. Our book explains why, how to deal with it, what best practices to follow, and what lessons we learned over the years.
