A small business milestone ✨

I recently worked with Maynor and Karina, the owners of LunaBella Landscaping LLC, to launch their very first website. 🌿

Up until now they’ve been growing their business through referrals and by sharing their work on social media. And honestly, that’s how a lot of great small businesses get started.

But there comes a moment when it’s time to create a real home for the business online. A place where people can land, learn about what you do, and see the quality of your work all in one spot. 💻

Earlier this year, I created a landing page for Bre Bicknell of for an event she co-hosted with called .

The goal of the page was simple. Create one clear place where people could learn about the event, understand what it was all about, and register without friction.

This kind of project is one of my favorites. Taking a powerful idea and turning it into something tangible that supports the experience being created.

A little reminder that when you hire me, you get more than just a marketer.

For Northwest Legacy Construction, I supported Bill with a mix of marketing and design work, including A-frame signage, business cards, and ongoing social media management. Because I also have a background in graphic design and copywriting, everything could stay cohesive and on-brand from the start.

Some projects are just fun from start to finish, and this one for Gregg Ripley, owner of Quick And Clear Services, was exactly that.

Gregg came to me wanting a better way to get the word out about his exterior cleaning business. After a strategy session, we mapped out a set of printed materials that would support both his residential and commercial outreach.

With design ex*****on by the amazing Jessica Clements of Pivvot Branding, we brought everything to life:

• Door hangers that technicians can leave on the homes of nearby neighbors after a job. It is an easy and natural way to build awareness right where interest already exists.

• A professional leave-behind brochure created specifically for Gregg to use at in-person networking events with property managers. It gives him a polished and confident way to introduce his services, experience, and value.

• Business cards with the refreshed look. Gregg ordered them for himself and for his technicians. It is a small detail that helps the team feel more connected to the brand and reinforces the professionalism customers see onsite.

Printed materials often get overlooked in a digital-heavy marketing world, but when they are done well and used with intention, they build trust quickly and leave a lasting impression. I loved seeing everything come together for a business built on care, consistency, and craftsmanship.

One of my favorite things about what I do is watching someone bring their dream to life.

I’ve been working with Connect the Hops , founded by Samantha Padilla, a paint-and-sip company in South King County that puts a fun twist on the classic format by hosting events at local breweries instead of wineries. 🍻🎨

Samantha asked me to create her website and optimize her Google Business profile for local search. But what’s been even more rewarding is seeing her vision come alive and her excitement grow as everything starts to click.

This week, she’s hosting her first round of paint-and-sip events, and I’ll be there, paintbrush in hand, working on a little jack-o’-lantern masterpiece just in time for Halloween. 🎃

Helping clients share their dreams with the world, and watching them unfold in real time, never gets old.

One of the best parts of my job? Watching a client’s vision turn into something real they’re excited to share. 🥰

For Danielle Renee - NMLS # 1574436 - "Your Home Loan Bestie", that meant a brand new website. She already had a gorgeous brand package from Jessica Clements of Clements Design, and I got to take that foundation and turn it into a site that felt polished, personal, and totally “her.”

This isn’t your typical business post.
But that feels right.

I’ve been sitting with the story of Grandmother Spider, a figure in several Native traditions who represents weaving, creation, and wisdom.

Her lessons remind me so much of how I approach my work:

🌐 Everything is connected.
Your website, your content, your social presence, they all work together as one web.

🧵 Weaving is creation.
Threads of ideas, values, and goals can be shaped into something strong, clear, and beautiful.

✨ Alignment matters.
When work is balanced and aligned, it flows. And it lasts.

The reminder I take from Grandmother Spider is that building a business isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about weaving something strong and true, with all the pieces connected.

P.S. I’m also the one who rescues the house spider and carries her outside. 🕷️

Do you ever stop and marvel at the colors around you?

I sliced open a plum the other day and had to pause. The color was so deep and vibrant it almost didn’t seem real.

Of course, the photos didn’t quite capture it. They rarely do. What I saw — and what I felt — was something else entirely.

That’s the thing about inspiration. It shows up in its own time, often in the quietest places. A piece of fruit, a moment of light, a reminder that beauty doesn’t ask for permission to be noticed.
