Meet the General Managers and Editor-in-Chief of the Cornellian Yearbook!

The Cornellian Yearbook is a keepsake for Cornell’s graduating class, capturing four years of memories through student portraits, campus traditions, and the moments that defined their time on campus. More than a record of the past, it’s a way to look back, remember, and relive the unique Cornellian experience.

As Editor-in-Chief, Angelina leads the design, editorial content, and publication of the yearbook. As General Managers, Audrey and Aiden spearhead strategic marketing initiatives and work directly with customers to put a copy of the Cornelian in as many hands as possible.

This past academic year, the Cornelian team generated nearly $400,000 in total revenue, sold roughly 1,800 copies of the yearbook, and took pictures of over 2,800 seniors.

Chat with Angelina, Audrey, and Aiden today to learn more about their experiences at SAI and why you should join!

Meet Maya Levine, General Manager of The Cornellian Freshman Register, a startup publication within Student Agencies Inc.

The Cornellian Freshman Register is a keepsake for Cornell’s incoming class featuring student portraits, a guide to campus and Ithaca, and exclusive discounts from local businesses. As the sole manager of this new venture, Maya led every aspect of the business—from marketing and sales to partnerships, product strategy, and publication design.

Through social media campaigns and collaborations with Cornell offices, she helped collect portraits from approximately 30% of the incoming freshman class during the publication’s pilot year. She also increased overall revenue by 3× and advertising sales by 16× year over year through persistent outreach, including cold calling and in-person pitches to local businesses.

Along the way, she collaborated with teams across Student Agencies Inc., the Cornellian staff, university administrators, and local partners to successfully launch the publication and market it to thousands of incoming students. Building a business from the ground up and transforming it into a lasting part of the Cornell freshman experience has been one of her most rewarding experiences.

Meet Max, the General Manager of Student Agencies Real Estate!

This year he underwrote 11 properties, digging into financials, market comps, and deal terms to find opportunities that make sense for SAI’s investment portfolio, which today spans a ~$36M portfolio including the 64-unit residential building at 409 College Ave, the Mecklenburg Rd warehouse, and multiple retail spaces, generating over $2.4M in annual rent roll.

Beyond underwriting, he selected and manages the relationship with SAI’s commercial broker, negotiated commercial leases, and led due diligence on prospective retail tenants, working directly with national F&B brands on the vacant ground-floor space at 409. He also audited tenant accounts through CAM reconciliations and security deposit reviews, collecting over $42,000 in outstanding balances, and coordinates capex planning with the Board of Directors to keep the portfolio’s infrastructure and long-term investments on track.

His work is a big part of how SAI continues to grow its real estate footprint at Cornell.
