Our Story
Flair Strategic Communications is a woman-owned marketing and business development agency located in bustling Ithaca, New York. Owner Vicki Taylor Brous has worked in marketing and public relations for the past 20 years, with a focus on real estate development and non-profit work. Her experience spans organizations and events such as the Downtown Ithaca Alliance, Farm Aid, and the Ithaca Festival. Natasha Bratkovski joins Flair with experience in website design and social media marketing for local non-profits, and has also served in various administrative roles, most recently as the company associate for Opera Ithaca. With their local connections and passion for strategic communications, Vicki and Natasha are ecstatic to help businesses near and far realize their full potential with a healthy amount of Ithaca flair. Frances Cole adds a unique perspective to Flair Strategic Communications through her experiences and collegiate studies. She has an educational background in Wildlife Science but has spent a majority of her career working with outreach and social media management for universities and local organizations. Frances also has experience with and enjoys audio and visual editing through her own personal podcasting and video projects.
