Q: What areas do we service?
A: We service Jackson, Pinson, Henderson, Humboldt, Medina, Milan, Alamo, Bells, Friendship, Tigrett, Gadsden, Oakfield, and Spring Creek, TN!
Q: What if my area is not listed as an area (zip code) that you service?
A: Go to our website (www.signdreamers.com) and type in your zip code, it will prompt you and let you know which Sign Dreamers location can service you!
Q: What types of celebrations do you have signs for?
A: ANY AND EVERY OCCASION is our specialty! We can help you celebrate a birthday, anniversary, new baby, baby shower, gender reveal, engagement, bridal shower, welcome home, new home, retirement, first day of school, teacher appreciation, graduation, sporting events, homecoming, family reunions, church events, corporate events and so much more! We even offer signs of encouragement for those who are fighting breast cancer.
Q: Do you get to keep the sign?
A: No, it is a sign rental only - you rent it from us and we handle everything for you from customizing the yard sign greeting and for setting it up and taking it down. Our “worry free” service is all included in the price you pay for the sign rental.
Q: Do I need to be home when you come to set up or take down the sign?
A: No, you do not need to be at home. You simply place the order with us, pay your invoice, and we handle the rest! It’s also the same process if you are renting the sign to be placed in someone else’s yard.
Q: How much do we charge?
A: Our Standard Greetings Start at $85 and up- quotes vary depending on your phrase, travel distance, and any add-ons.Just simply fill out the online form at www.SignDreamers.com for a confirmation email with choices and details is the fastest way to check pricing or availability!
Q: How long is it up in my yard?
A: A typical greeting we leave up for approximately 24 hours. If you want it up for a longer time the fee is $25 per additional day. Typically yard greetings are booked for 1 to 3 days, depending on the occasion (and it also is based on availability at booking).
Q: When do you come to set up?
A: Typically, setups happen the evening before the event. We can also setup in the dark or when you’re away for it to be a surprise! Arrival times depend on the delivery schedule and our volume of orders. Daytime or Day of Event setups may also be available, so just let us know your preference!
Q: Do you take last minute orders?
A: YES, but we can’t guarantee availability or if we will have the graphics or colors you request. Less than 24 hours notice of booking request time will result in a “rush” fee of $25.
Q: What if it rains, or there is severe weather? Are the signs waterproof?
A: Rain is not a problem as long as there is NO lightning! Yes, our signs are waterproof! Occasionally severe weather and high winds will prevent us from setting up or leaving the setup on display for a full 24 hours. If we have to cancel or change the timing of your greeting, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Q: Can I set up or take down the sign myself?
A: NO, unfortunately. Our signs must be set up and taken down by Sign Dreamers personnel only. Removal must be handled in the same manner to avoid damage to the signs. We thank you for understanding!
Q: When ordering a sign for someone outside of my household, how will they know who the sign (surprise) is from?
A: We place a “door greeting” bag on the front door of every yard greeting sign rental to acknowledge the celebration. We also include who it’s from as well as when we will return to remove the sign and how we can be reached, just in case.
Q: Do your signs light up at night?
A: Yes, we offer night illumination (which is solar light panels) for an additional fee of $25. It’s the perfect way to showcase the yard greeting at night for all to enjoy. Simply request this add-on in the special requests or comment section of the online booking form.
Q: How will I know when the sign rental has been setup?
A: After installation, we send a picture of the sign setup via text to your cell phone so you know the sign has been placed!
