This is why I love what I do.

Family sessions aren’t about stiff poses or perfect smiles, they’re about capturing connection. The in-between moments. The way people lean toward each other without thinking. The laughter that sneaks in when no one’s trying too hard.

When I photograph families, my goal is always the same: to preserve this season. Because time moves fast, and these moments deserve to be remembered exactly as they are, real, warm, and full of love.

I’m so grateful when families trust me to document their story. It’s an honor I never take lightly.

Today’s Just Peachy adventure looked a little different… I got to give a group of school-aged kiddos a behind-the-scenes tour of WBBJ! 📺✨

We walked through the studio, talked all things cameras and weather, and at the end I asked them what their favorite part was. Their answers? Absolutely precious.

It’s moments like this that remind me why I love building community here in Jackson. 🍑
