Horizen/KRCC Wins Award in Accolade Global Film Competition
Horizen, the media division of Ky. River Community Care, Inc., has won a prestigious Award of Recognition from The Accolade Global Film Competition. The award was given for Horizen’s exciting animation, “The Vapers”, which was an anti-vaping PSA paid for by the Kentucky River Regional Inter-Agency Council (RIAC). “The Vapers” features exceptional artwork by Horizen’s Director, Charles Parker Boggs, written, directed and animated by Horizen Cinematic’s Director, Charles Shouse, Production Management by Pearlie Jones and character voices provided by actor, Nathan Tubbs. Original story by Shane Caudill, with special thanks to Ky River RIAC and the Sapling Centers.
