Our Story
Raise Real Estate Marketing started as a spark of inspiration during a conversation between Mary Lynn Bradshaw, our founder, and her friend Mary, a seasoned real estate agent. Mary confided that despite years of experience and being part of high-end masterminds, she never truly learned how to market herself effectively. It wasn’t about mastering every platform or drowning in agency fees.

It was about understanding the fundamentals of marketing and leveraging tools to dominate her local market without breaking the bank—or her spirit. Mary Lynn, a marketing veteran with over 15 years of experience (yes, before the iPhone changed everything!), realized she could fill this gap. Combining her love for empowering others with the game-changing potential of AI, she founded Raise Real Estate Marketing. To teach agents the essentials of marketing and show them how to use AI to do it faster and smarter.
