Ashton is a graduate student at Florida International University where she is earning her Masters in Marketing Science with graduation in early spring of 2022. She also holds a degree from the University of North Florida where she studied political science, journalism and mass communications. In addition to working in real estate, she has worked as a journalist for several news outlets and publica
tions. This site features a collection of her articles and radio features from her career in journalism. This site also features some of her insights and projects from her career in marketing. She has learned all of the aspects of marketing for a small business in her over three years as the marketing coordinator at Jacksonville real estate brokerage EXIT 1 Stop Realty. Ashton’s background in journalism has provided her with a solid foundation on which to build enhanced media and social media strategies to provide excellent marketing resources for EXIT 1 Stop agents and clients. At EXIT 1 Stop she has created the company blog, Top of the Coast and expanded the Top of the Coast brand on to multiple platforms which include Instagram, Facebook and recently a YouTube vlog. Ashton also has first hand experience with brand design and brand building. Ashton also works on an array of marketing projects from social media to email marketing and everything in between.
