This week marks the anniversary of Citizenship in a Republic, delivered by Theodore Roosevelt at the Sorbonne in 1910.

It’s remembered for a line that still resonates:

“The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena…”

More than a century later, that idea feels just as relevant, and maybe even more so. Because today stepping into the arena means putting your name, your cause, and your beliefs forward in a world where attention is short and criticism is constant.

We see it every day in the people we’re fortunate to work alongside.
