After 16 years and 16,000 times answering this same question, I finally made a blog post about it! The TL;DR is digital is difficult, getting more difficult every day and what may seem like a small task does (and should) take much longer.

I'll revisit this one as our usage of AI tools within our development and QA processes matures.
