Here's where I landed: I'd rather pull the trigger than get lost in the weeds.

I almost spun up a polished HeyGen video for this one — more setup, more delay. The point was just to get the thought out.

Done and visible beats perfect and waiting.

What are you overthinking? Ship it.

A lot of business owners are not short on ideas.

They are short on a consistent way to communicate those ideas clearly.

That is why I am continuing to experiment with my AI avatar, Constance — not as a gimmick, and not as a replacement for me, but as a branded communication tool.

In this “Ask the CEO” format, Constance interviews me about my business, services, and the questions potential clients may already be asking.

For small businesses, consultants, speakers, and service providers, visibility matters — but clarity matters just as much.

Can people quickly understand what you do?
Can they see the value?
Can they trust your brand before they ever speak with you?

AI tools like HeyGen, ChatGPT, and Canva can help create more content, but the real opportunity is using them with strategy, consistency, and intention.

An AI avatar can introduce your services, answer common questions, explain your offer, welcome clients, and support training content — but only when it has a clear role in your brand.

That is what I am testing, building, and refining.

The future of brand presence is not just about posting more. It is about showing up clearly, consistently, and memorably.

I’ve been meaning to test something like this for a while.

Ironically, I was watching a HeyGen training replay when the idea popped into my head — so I paused the replay long enough to put a quick draft together and see what it could look like. 🤣

I think I’ll be doing this again.

There’s something powerful about engaging with your own avatar in a way that feels useful, not gimmicky. Having Constance interview me helped reinforce one of the biggest practical uses of AI avatars:

They can help you answer the questions your audience may already be asking.

What better way to demonstrate the value of tools like HeyGen than by using them to create a branded conversation around your own business, your services, and your message?

For entrepreneurs, consultants, speakers, and service-based business owners, this opens up real possibilities:

-You can explain your offer.
-You can answer FAQs.
-You can create short-form thought leadership content.
