I built this assessment for solopreneurs... and then decided I should probably take it myself. Honestly? The results were humbling.

I answered every question not as a design studio owner, but as someone building an online business for the first time.

Here’s what came up:

Still a little fuzzy on Discovery.
Doing well on Brand Foundations.
Totally lacking in Marketing & Outreach.
And lots of room to grow in Systems.

My three next best steps?

Competitive analysis, channel strategy, and building a web presence for my new offerings. All things I knew I needed... but now I actually know which ones to tackle first and in what order.

That’s the whole point of this tool. Not to make you feel behind. To show you exactly where to start.
