🚨 HARD ROCK HOTEL PROPOSED FOR DOWNTOWN JACKSONVILLE 🌴🎸
JACKSONVILLE, FL — A major new development could be coming to Jacksonville’s downtown riverfront.
New plans have been unveiled for a 30-story Hard Rock Hotel & Residences at 500 E. Bay Street, the former site of the unfinished Berkman II development.
The proposed project would include approximately 350 hotel rooms and 152 residential units, along with restaurants, retail space, pools, event space and an 18th-floor nightclub overlooking Downtown Jacksonville.
The project is not under construction yet. It still has to move through the city approval and development process, with developers targeting early 2027 to potentially break ground.
If everything moves forward, this could bring another major hotel and entertainment destination to Jacksonville’s riverfront.
