Maria Chrissovergis spent most of her career as a reporter and anchor for NBC, ABC, and CBS affiliates delivering the news on tight deadlines. Her career also led her to a role as a Sales & Marketing Director for local and national homebuilders. Maria also was a Magazine Publisher for one of the largest publication companies of enthusiast magazines and led her sales team to record numbers. Maria is now using her experiences as a Public Relations expert. She is recognized for her high-energy approach of leading her clients to success. Through her relationships with the media and her knowledge and expertise she helps keep her clients ahead of the competitors. MC PR clients range from large scale HGTV Smart Home projects with marketing, advertising, sales training, collateral, event planning and public relations fully involved to graphic design projects, website development and media buying. If her name sounds familiar, there's a good reason. Dana was our very first hire at MC PR & Marketing back in 2013 (swipe 👉🏼). A chapter before, Dana was working alongside President Maria Chrissovergis as an account executive for one of the nation's largest publications. Now, she's back—and we couldn't be more excited.
Dana brings 12+ years of experience in PR, advertising, and marketing to the role. A proud Jacksonville University graduate, she's worked in the Jacksonville real estate industry, trained teams to market and sell products, and played a key role in growing our Charleston, South Carolina client portfolio.

As I do every year, I'm sharing my story from 9/11 - a day that started so routine for a journalist covering a President. An early morning start (5am) to travel to Sarasota, get through National Security and position ourselves to cover the story. In light of yesterday's horrific act of violence (and the heinous violent attacks that continue in our schools, churches, communities) - my focus remains on 9/12, a day when we came together as Americans and shared a commonality of "us against them." Sadly, we have become "us against us." We can do better. We have to do better.
