Not your typical Jacksonville restaurant post… because this one isn’t really about the restaurant. ❤️
It’s about the people behind it.
The people who create the culture, carry the mission, welcome you in, and make a business feel like more than just a place to eat.
That’s what stood out to me about sweetgreen at St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
Jacksonville is made up of SO many different kinds of people…. different personalities, cultures, interests, foods we love, and ways we connect. Some people want to socialize with everyone they meet, while others would rather keep to themselves. And That’s part of what makes Jacksonville so special.
There’s room for all of us here and new people coming here and finding friends, work, and each other brings me a special joy
And I think there’s something really beautiful about a business that gives its people the opportunity to be seen, be themselves, and shine.
I’m so grateful I got to meet some of the people behind sweetgreen, hear their stories, and experience a little piece of the community they’re building here in Jacksonville.
Because sometimes the best part of a business isn’t what they sell.
It’s the people who make you want to come back.
