It’s game day here at Chautauqua Patrons! 💙❤️🏈

To celebrate the Bills’ Home Opener, we brought the tailgate to the office! Our team enjoyed an afternoon filled with great food and dessert! Although, there may have been one Steelers fan in attendance, we didn’t let that spoil the Bills spirit! 😂

On Wednesday of last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a special outing aboard the Canandaigua Lady to celebrate the agents who qualified through our Sales Contest! It was a wonderful opportunity to recognize their hard work, dedication, and outstanding achievements while enjoying a beautiful afternoon on Canandaigua Lake ☀️

From great conversations and scenic views to delicious food and refreshments, the event was a fantastic way to thank our agents for their continued partnership and commitment to success. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

Two members from our commercial lines department, Kim Hagelin and Leslie Lobb, recently completed a 16-week Citizen’s Police Academy presented by the Jamestown Police Department and the supporting agencies in the community.

They were given an inside look at law enforcement through topics such as patrol operations, criminal investigations, EMT training, fi****ms, crime scene processing, domestic violence response, and narcotic enforcement.

They experienced a full shift of policing with individual ride along with JPD. One evening was spent on fi****ms safety and range target practice. They also were given an up-close tour of the Chautauqua County Jail. They both gained so much more knowledge and respect for the law enforcement and first responder community.

They both gained a greater knowledge of and appreciation for the law enforcement and first responder community through this experience. We extend our sincere thanks to the Jamestown Police Department for their dedication to educating our community and for their continued service to the residents of Chautauqua County. Their commitment to keeping our communities safe and informed is truly appreciated!

The Chautauqua Patrons team had a great time at this year’s I-Day! It’s always great connecting with industry professionals, seeing familiar faces, and meeting new ones!

And to top it all off, we were also able to celebrate our CEO, Brian Willink’s birthday, making the day even more special! 🎉

Thank you Insurance Club of Buffalo- Buffalo I-Day and to everyone who stopped by our booth and took the time to connect with our team! We look forward to seeing you all again next year! 😊
