20 women walked into Book Cellars in Wellsville, and by the end of the night nobody wanted to leave

Megan, from Economic Recovery Corps Fellow, Tori at Book Cellars, and myself teamed up to make this happen — because rooms like this don’t just happen, someone has to build 🛠️ them

New business owners next to women with decades of business ownership experience. First-time entrepreneurs sitting across from women who’ve already built something real. Everyone in the same room, on the same footing 🤝

16 out of 20 had never been to a networking event like this in their life.
That stat is still sitting with me ☀️ the morning after

This is the part of the work that fills me up 🫶 the most.
Supporting women, building rooms for real connection, being the biggest cheerleader for other business owners — that’s my zone of genius, and i’m not slowing down

You Bring:

A real eye for visuals and video editing
Trend awareness that's ahead of the curve
AI workflow integration (we embrace it, but real imagery only — always!!)
The ability to take creative direction and run with it — independently

This is a fully remote, contract position.

June was a lot. In the best way.

5 content shoots

2 summer interns onboarded and already becoming part of the team

220+ pieces of content — strategy, SEO caption writing, and visuals that grew organic results upward of 90k+ views per post

1 influencer event for one of our clients that brought in a full house opening weekend

2 IRL networking events, growing my community

1 New Client (and space to onboard 1 August 1st)‼️

I stretched my abilities in June & that is what I signed up for.

But here’s the part that actually matters.

Every one of those numbers only means something because of what it buys back.

Evenings watching my kiddos basketball games.

Watching sunsets without a phone lens

Embracing everything about lakelife & being a mom

The moments that don’t make it into a content calendar but are the entire reason the calendar exists

This is not a solo mission.
This is a team collaboration, every single time.

Cheers to the next month of stretching beyond our abilities, and expanding what was once a one woman show to a team that works in their zone of genius. 🥂

A few weeks ago, I was invited to go check out The Zone inside Northwest Arena.

Jamestown, we need to talk.
The Zone inside Northwest Arena opens July 11th and it might be the coolest thing to land in this town in years.

Here’s what you’re getting
(because trust us, it’s a lot):

→ A sports tunnel entrance where your kid gets their name announced like they’re walking out for the big game

→ An open play area with hoops, nets, balls and a Jumbotron catching every replay

→ A dedicated toddler section (ages 2-5) so your littlest ones have their own play space

→ A two-story climbing structure with a digital scavenger hunt built in

Rainy day plans, birthday parties, “I need to burn off some energy before bedtime” emergencies — The Zone just became the answer to all of it.

Ryleigh already has a list of demands for when we go back. Noted.
