A heads up from 701 Print & Design Co.
Starting Monday, May 4th, weโre making some significant changes to how we operate. We wanted to get in front of this so nobody is caught off guard.
The short version:
๐ In-office visits by appointment only โ no walk-ins (this includes pickups)
๐ต Minimum pricing applies to custom and one-time orders
๐ Weโll no longer decorate customer-supplied apparel or print on customer-supplied paper
Why: 701 Print is evolving. Weโre going all-in on decorated apparel, custom embroidery, paper and print, and some big retail partnerships weโll be sharing more about soon. Our plan is to shift to an agency and production model โ by focusing our team on production and creative work instead of running a front counter, we can deliver better turnarounds and higher quality across everything we do.
A note on online stores and accounts: Minimum pricing applies to custom production jobs โ copies, business cards, flyers, printed materials, and one-off apparel. It does NOT apply to our online stores, team stores, fundraiser stores, or established B2B account orders. If youโre shopping through a 701 Print online store or operating as an account, nothing changes for you.
Full details on how to reach us, place orders, and schedule pickups will be posted later this week. If you have an order in progress, nothing changes โ weโll take care of you just like we always have.
For B2B accounts and established customers: your point of contact will reach out personally this week. Nothing changes for you.
These changes are about serving you better โ faster turnarounds, personalized attention, improved communication, and stronger consistency on every job that leaves our shop.
