What a wild month May was for 2B Consulting Co.!

As a small business owner, there are seasons where you're simply trying to keep up, and then there are seasons where you realize you're building something bigger than yourself. May was definitely the latter.

We officially welcomed three incredible team members to the 2B family:
✨ Desiree', helping us strengthen operations and systems
✨ Samantha, supporting our bookkeeping and administrative needs
✨ Polaris, helping us continue building the backend systems that keep everything running smoothly

And just a few days later, Mitch celebrated her 1-year anniversary with 2B! 🎉

Watching this business grow from a one-woman operation into a team of SEVEN talented people who genuinely care about our clients has been both humbling and exciting. Every person brings unique strengths, ideas, and heart to the work we do.

Growth isn't always easy. It requires trust, leadership, systems, and sometimes a little faith. But seeing this team come together reminds me why I started 2B in the first place.

Here are 3 simple things small businesses can do right now to increase visibility without spending a ton on ads:

1. Hook people in the first sentence.

People decide in seconds if they are going to keep reading or scroll. Start with a question, bold statement, relatable problem, or curiosity point instead of “Happy Monday!”

2. Show the human side of your business.

Perfect graphics are fine, but real connection builds trust. Behind the scenes videos, your story, client wins, day-to-day moments, and even struggles often perform better than polished sales posts.

3. Stay consistent, even when engagement feels slow.
