#10 heifer is now a momma that she was meant to be! Spat out a great lookin calf which was sired by a polled Hereford. Pleased with how she did and how well she bagged up. Hopefully this little heifer calf can be raised to be a momma cow as well!

#10 is a home raised heifer that is expected to calve any day now. She has been a pretty and slick heifer throughout her raising. Her mom kicked her off earlier than she needed and has turned out to be a fine young lady!

‘25 Spring Calving Season is just about wrapped up. This little Braford calf will be raised up to breed heifers in the future. If anybody is wondering what a Braford type cattle is… it is a Brangus (Brahman-Angus) cross and also crossed with Hereford. Some of the best quality and marbling meat come from Hereford/Angus cross. So does Charolais/Angus. Or just your good ole full blooded angus.
