t looks like https://lnkd.in/gVVVbfs8 has effectively stolen $74834.03 from me at this point with the help of http://eckelkampkuenzel.com/ . Despite the fact that I qualify for use of the trust funds as a 70% disabled veteran. Cynthia Hoffman has also failed to pay trustees for the previous 3 years which for me would amount to 737.70 at this time all the while she paid herself 21000 for the same time period. Effectively Cynthia Hoffman has denied all future claims I have to the trust money my aunt left for me. She has also failed to meet Chrissy's medical necessities. And Madyson's living necessities despite the fact that they have the greatest needs, as well as Chris Eccher.
I formally request the trust pay for a neutral 3rd party to resolve these disputes as per stipulated in Ellen's trust.

Logan Carpenter nope 43 she says i make to much money to use the trust that my aunt left for me, which allows her to pocket most of the money, her and Anne Curlee are set up to pocket around 80% of a 700k trust as long as they keep saying no to everything.
For example my brother Chris makes too little money so hes disqualified there, my niece Madyson Eccher was told yes before being told no, and Chrissy Eccher has a medical condition that require a special diet and Cynthia says Chris Eccher should be paying for it not the trust, so which is it to poor for 3 family members 1 of which works 2 jobs or too rich me who is on military disability for ptsd not senility...
