People ask me all the time what it's actually like to work together ⬇️

So I figured, let's break this down quickly...

No sales pitch language.
No "results may vary" fine print.
Just the real process of working with me, from the first call to the ongoing month-to-month.

Here's the part I'll start with...
None of this works if I'm just a task-doer. The whole point is that you stop carrying it alone; the plan, the follow-through, the "wait, did that get done?" spiral.

That's the actual service. The content is just where it shows up.

If you've been sitting on that discovery call link for a minute, wondering if now's the time; this is your sign. I have ONE SPOT for because this only works if I can actually be present for the people I'm working with.

I almost didn't post this one.

Not because it's dramatic; because it's just... honest. And honest doesn't always feel like good marketing.

But here's the thing: if you've been quietly wondering what it's actually like behind the scenes of working with me, I'd rather tell you now than have you find out three months in.

So here it is.

If any of that hit different, that's usually a sign you're not looking for someone to hand you a content calendar.

You're looking for someone to actually be in it with you; the strategy, the systems, the stuff that falls through the cracks when you're doing it all solo.

That's the work I do this fall. ONE spot, real partnership, zero fluff.

Let me cleanse your content strategy algorithm with a realistic productivity maxxing schedule for overwhelmed entrepreneurs who are TIRED of doing it all themselves. And while i'm here, here are some MORE reminders for ya!

✨ you don't need to post daily to be visible
✨ that content you made 6 months ago? still usable
✨ "urgent" and "important" are not the same word
✨ a system will catch what your memory won't

How do I know this? Because my clients and I are LIVING PROOF! 🧾

If you're new here, hi - I'm Brit and I help entrepreneurs run their backend like they've got a strategic partner in their corner (because they do; it's me 👋).

If you're looking to actually enjoy your fall season instead of white-knuckling it through Q4 - I got you. Let's talk about what working together could look like this fall 🔗 https://thatcreativegirl.myflodesk.com/tcg-waitlist

For a long time that's the part people saw, the pretty graphic, the polished caption, the "make it pop" made real. And I loved that work. Still do.

But somewhere in the last six years, the job quietly turned into something bigger. Clients stopped handing me vibes and started handing me actual problems:
"we're launching in 6 weeks and I don't know what needs to happen when."
"I have three team members and no one knows who owns what."
"I need someone who can see the whole business, not just the content calendar."

So I started translating that too. Strategy into systems. Big vision into what actually gets executed this week. Chaos into a plan that runs without me chasing it.

Turns out "make it pop" was never really about graphics. It was about someone needing a translator; for their ideas, their ops, their whole backend.

That's the part of the job I'm leaning into now. Not just the graphics girl. The person who sits inside your business and makes sense of it.

If that's the kind of partner you've been looking for, let's talk; link below to grab a discovery call. 🤍

Here's the thing ⬇️

I have a very specific type of client I do my best work with, and I'd rather you know exactly what you're signing up for before we ever hop on a call.

I'm not the strategist who's going to hype you into a plan you can't sustain.

I'm not going to nod along while you build a business that runs you into the ground.

And I'm definitely not going to pretend graphics alone are going to fix a business problem underneath them.

What I am going to do is ask a lot of annoying questions, push back when something doesn't actually serve you, and care way more about whether your business is working than whether it's trending.

If that sounds like too much accountability for a Tuesday; no hard feelings, truly. We're probably not a fit.

But if you read this list and felt a little seen? Stick around. This is exactly the kind of partner I am.

Here's what nobody tells you when you start a business ⬇️

"Post more" is not a strategy. it's a symptom of not having one.

I spent years thinking my job was to make things: more graphics, more captions, more content. And don't get me wrong, I still love that part.

But somewhere along the way I realized what my clients actually needed from me wasn't more output. It was someone thinking about the whole picture with them. The offer, the timing, the capacity, the systems behind the content; not just the post itself.

That's the actual work now.

Less "can you make this graphic" and more "let's figure out what your business needs this season, and build a plan around your real life, not an algorithm's."

If that's the kind of partner you're looking for: not a task list, a person in your corner; I'd love to talk. https://thatcreativegirl.myflodesk.com/tcg-waitlist

Honestly, looking at this lineup still makes me a little emotional.

Building TCG hasn't been a straight line. But six years in, and the thing I love most is that no two clients ever need the exact same thing from me. That's the job. AND that's why it works.

If you're building something real and you're tired of marketing help that only knows how to do one thing; I've got a few spots opening up.

You'd think confidence would just show up once you hit certain milestones.

More clients.
Better results.
Bigger wins.

But here’s the thing, imposter syndrome doesn't care about your resume.
It just finds a new thing to whisper about.

So what actually changed?
I stopped waiting to feel ready and started collecting the proof instead.

Messages like these. The quiet moments where a client trusts me with something big and it actually works.

I didn't luck into this. I built it; one client relationship, one late-night edit, one "let me try this differently" at a time.

So if you have your own version of this… Let me tell you this: the voice in your head is not a fact. it's just loud. Find the proof, it’s there.

Before 7am I've done my gratitudes, made my bed, and knocked out a work task. Feels very "she has her s**t together," right?

By 7:20 I'm making breakfast in shifts, dancing and singing in the kitchen while my 7-year-old rolls her eyes at me. While also preparing to put my hairdresser skills to work on her and mentally clocking how many minutes until her bus.

By 8am the kitchen closes for the morning after my 11 year old’s breakfast and it’s time to settle in for the first part of my work day.

That's the part nobody puts in the productivity post. The gratitude journal and the breakfast shift change exist in the same few hours. So does the strategist and the mom. So does the person who has a plan and the person who's just trying to get everyone fed and out the door on time.

That's not a contradiction. That's just a weekday. Can you relate?

You don't need a post for National Popcorn Day.
You don't need to acknowledge every single date on the calendar just because it exists.

What you need is to know what's coming:
🇺🇸 Labor Day,
🎃 Halloween
🦃 🛒the Thanksgiving-to-Cyber-Monday sprint,
🫶Giving Tuesday,
🎄the December holidays

Then decide ON PURPOSE which ones actually connect to your brand.

That's it.
That's the whole strategy.

Pick 4-6. Let the rest go.
Your content should fit your life, not the other way around.

What's the one date from now till December that you're actually excited to create around? Tell me below. 👇
