🎤I think I may have found my moonlighting hustle… broadcast journalism. I had the honor (and a lot of fun) sitting down with two powerhouse women I deeply respect: Kathleen Nanda and Allison Ceraso. We talked shop, shared stories, and dropped some wisdom worth replaying.

✨ Kathleen reminded us that as women, we often wait until we have all the answers. Her advice? Trust your instincts—they’re enough to move you forward.

✨ Allison started down the “safe-bet” pre-med path, but chose creativity instead. Fast-forward a couple of decades, and she’s CCO at one of the world’s largest creative agencies. Her advice? Take a chance.
