Here’s a home maintenance task that takes about 30 seconds to check:
Walk to the street and look back at your house.
Can you CLEARLY see your address?

Make sure your house numbers are:
🔢 Large enough to easily read
🌳 Not blocked by landscaping
💡 Visible after dark
🎨 A contrasting color from the surface behind them

We usually think about house numbers for deliveries and visitors, but clearly visible numbers are especially important when police, fire, or emergency medical services need to locate your home quickly.

It’s one of the simplest homeowner checks you can make and an important one!

▪️Respond to community members seeking shelter and support
▪️Conduct intake screenings and connect individuals with HOS programs

▪️Support individuals in crisis with compassion and professionalism
▪️Coordinate with case workers and community providers
▪️Attend community outreach events as needed
▪️Maintain client records and required reporting
