When I moved into my new loft, I was amazed that all of these amenities were available at my price point. Beyond the outstanding value, it is really nice to have all of my necessities within walking distance of my home!

A short demo of the parallax special effect. This is a high resolution still from a Nikon d40. The foreground is cropped out, and its negative space is then recreated with a little digital trickery. The two distinct layers are then animated, separately.
