New year. New month. New week.🤘🏻 I have spent some time off of socials and it was exactly what I needed!! It’s so easy to get consumed with the noise and loose sight of all the minute moments that make this life so special!

New years are always bittersweet for me! 2023 was HUGE. We learned how to be a family of 4 with both parents working from home, I continued to watch my babies and business grow leaps and bounds!

Spiked Social had such a huge year! We hit milestones I didn’t expect to hit until year five! Being able to connect and serve our clients, both old and new is such an honor! Our amazing team has grown to three employees, two part time contractors and one intern. 🤯 They are each so dear to me!

So 2024, let’s do the dang thing. Enjoy those small moments that make life magical and keep chasing those dreams {and babies} ☺️

📣The growth trends don’t lie!!

Our Clients have been busyyyyy and so have we (note why you haven’t seen me lately 🤪) These trends don’t happen over night and definitely DON’T happen without strategy!

If you need an easy road map to amp up your growth try this⬇️

1️⃣ Set Clear Goals.
If you want more followers, focus on community. If you want more sales, focus on engagement.

2️⃣ Get to know YOUR people.
Once you figure out WHAT you’re wanting to accomplish, you can focus on WHO to reach. Carefully researching your target demographic can make your strategy SO MUCH easier.

3️⃣Content Matters.
Again, do what I say, not what I do 🫠🤣 (I’m working on it) but not only does QUALITY content matter, CONSISTENT content matters.

Say it with me…Aesthetic matters 👌🏻

I have heard many people say the flow of your grid doesn’t matter lately, but when it comes to business owners or entrepreneurs, IT DOES. 👏🏻

I tell my clients all the time to look at their grid as their store front. Is your store welcoming? Hell, is it even open?! Although the days of instant success from pretty grids are over, it is still your first impression…let it work in your favor.

This before and after is an oldie, but goodie. You can instantly see the life being poured back into this brand ☀️

Find that happy medium of quality images and visually pleasuring graphics and see what growth can occur!!

🏅Small wins = Big wins🏅

We just finished up our first round of the “Optimize your Instagram Account” training and whew 🤭 thingssss happened!! 📈

First off I have to tell you about my new friend Meredith! She was struggling with knowing what to post!

She had tried many different strategies and felt discouraged that none were resonating with her audience.

But together we were able to streamline her content AND establish a plan to grow her following through the “Optimize your Instagram Account” training!

She had many ah ha moments and is thrilled with her results this far (and it’s only been a week 🤯)
