Job Description:
We’re seeking an entry-level professional who is eager to grow their skills in web development while contributing creatively through copywriting and graphic design. In this role, you’ll work on diverse projects for clients across industries, helping build visually appealing websites, creating compelling content, and designing graphics to support marketing efforts.
No prior professional experience is required—just a willingness to learn on the job and a passion for creativity and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Development:
- Assist in creating and maintaining responsive websites using WordPress (training provided).
- Learn to implement design changes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize website performance.
- Collaborate with the team to develop user-friendly interfaces and layouts.
- Copywriting:
- Write and edit engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Research topics to create accurate and compelling copy tailored to client needs (training provided).
- Graphic Design:
- Create custom graphics for websites, social media, and digital ads.
- Learn to use tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to design eye-catching visuals.
Qualifications:
- Must-Haves:
- A willingness to learn on the job and take on new challenges.
- Basic familiarity with web development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS, WordPress) or a desire to learn.
- Interest in writing and creating engaging content.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Preferred but Not Required:
- Some experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) or enthusiasm for learning them.
- Familiarity with SEO principles or a willingness to learn.
- A portfolio showcasing any web development, writing, or design work (optional).
Education:
- No formal degree required; enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $18–$22 per hour
- Employment Type: Full-time or part-time (flexible hours available)
