When a potential new client wants to grow their business and know they need to market themselves better, I ask how much are they willing to invest in that growth. Most businesses have no idea and many consider it a cost of doing business and therein lies the fundamental problem.

When you contract with the right marketing services, there are 3 important things that should be defined upfront.

1. 100% transparency with all platforms in order for the client to see exactly what your doing. (Analytics, CRM Lead Gen & Funnel, Meta, Google Ads, etc.)

2. A scheduled time frame to acheive all major tasks with analytics based on key performance indicators that support the growth and goal markers.

3. A committed ROI. That’s right! If you’re not getting a minimum of 3x return on your marketing dollars than yes… it’s now a cost! Not an investment in growth.

Summary: Marketing should always be considered an investment in a “Revenue Growth Machine” otherwise you have the wrong company wasting your money on broken promises.

Do these “Pay Per Lead” ads make sense to you? This is a perfect example of a scam.
Don’t be misled. It will cost you money for unqualified leads, with zero conversions.
They churn accounts and have a system in place for damage control.

Pay-per-lead (PPL) services can be scams and reflect issues that have been reported in the industry. While not all PPL services are fraudulent, there are instances where companies employ deceptive practices, leading to poor-quality or fake leads.

Common Issues in Pay-Per-Lead Services:
1. Unqualified or Fake Leads: Some services provide leads that consist only of basic information, such as a name and email address, without proper qualification. These leads often lack genuine interest or intent to purchase, rendering them ineffective. 
2. Lack of Lead Nurturing: Effective lead generation involves guiding prospects through stages of awareness, interest, and nurturing before conversion. Some PPL services skip these steps, delivering leads that are not ready to convert.
