We had the honor of preparing this incredible piece for its next journey — “Snoopy Grande” by artist Rick Wolfryd (Chroma), entrusted to us by Fitzhugh’s Fine Art at Sea.
This striking sculpture blends contemporary pop culture with traditional Huichol beadwork, a vibrant and deeply symbolic art form rooted in indigenous Mexican heritage. Every bead reflects a connection to nature, spirituality, and generations of cultural storytelling.
Rick’s collaboration with the Huichol community helps support and sustain these traditions, bringing their artistry to a global audience while honoring its origins.
