Mix Design Day at Kzoom!

We partnered with Southwest Michigan First to host this month’s Mix Design event.
We brought the crowd of designers through our process of design within each department at Kzoom.
Within SEO, Web Design, Video and Photo, Graphic and Brand Design, Motion Design, and Digital Advertisement we showed how much design goes into each one and how they all connect together to make a top tier product for clients.

Our very own, Dan Martin, also spoke on A.I. in the world of design and how even within this new age we can see human interaction, human experience, and relatability are still on top.

Last week our very own, Matt Davis, spoke amongst four other marketing experts at the Omega networking event in Portage, MI.

The room was filled with local small business owners who heard from each experts field of expertise.
Matt emphasized the importance of SEO and how that can impact a small business in many ways!

She always knew she was, but now the world knows "that Kiah McMeekan is the Best Kzoomer. Thank you. Thank you."

It is with honor and celebration that we applaud Kiah today on this her graduation day from Kzoom. While most of us would envy a highlight reel like this one, where Jordan captured some of the greatest Kiah moments over the last 4 years, what's missing/additional to these highlights...

1 Kiah was Kzoom first Director of Marketing, and led the company into actualization of being visible and connected in our community,
2 She pioneered Kzoom's monthly and annual full service marketing reports, which have been used across the company ever since,
3 Kiah was a member of the Kzoom leadership team and influenced major direction of the company over years,
4 She was the origin of the Kzoom Leap Day Giveaway success, which proven as much for our own team as it did to others what we were capable of,
5 Kiah quickly grew as a client representative and was loved by many favorite companies like Advanced Business Brokers, Schupan, Locey Swim & Spa, BDN Industrial Hygiene, Southwest Michigan Dermatology, Kalamazoo County Dispatch Authority, and many others,
6 She was involved in community-wide networking and leadership with Kalamazoo Women2Women, served as the AMA Southwest Michigan chapter as president, and contributed to many other community intiatives such as Oddlympics,
7 She was a team leader and mentor and friend to other social media team members Aneesha, Allison, and Hannah,
8 And, finally, yes, the self-proclaimed Best Kzoomer.

Hey! Kzoom is on the news! 👀

Our new hire, Hannah Johnston, was interviewed this week by News Channel 3 WWMT TV for a story about AI and how it's affecting college graduates. Some graduates are facing fierce competition when it comes to finding a job after graduation, and it's not from their peers; it's from AI.

Hannah came to us from Western Michigan University's graphic design program, where she gained incredible design, communication, and project management skills. Her work ethic and capabilities made it a no-brainer to rely on her instead of an AI bot.

Enjoy this "part one" with Kiah and her client, Advanced Business Brokers! One thing that sticks out about this campaign is the humor, fun, and lightness that is being attached to a serious business. Our owner, Dan Martin, and his daughter, Syd, were out yesterday celebrating Cow Appreciation day at Chick-Fil-A on Gull Road! Syd and her mini cows have reached celebrity status and were turning heads all day long.
