The Family Grind

The Family Grind We are a family run creative hub. With 3 of our 6 kids we bring all our skills, creative planning, a Hello! We are Kevin and Nicole Fitzgerald.

We both have backgrounds in ministry, family life education, and coaching...ironically nothing we get paid for these days, but it has saved our family a couple of times from imploding. Our daily life is filled with heaps of soul-crushing mundane parts of parenting 6 kids (7-17 with a plethora of special needs, exceptional talents, diagnosis, and trauma) in contrast to the extraordinary breakthroug

h and tear-jerking moments of watching your little humans grow into their own. We love the process of before and afters but often find ourselves fighting, advocating, and pushing through the long parts of the "during" of our family's transformation. Along the way, we have lovingly revived our 3-acre property on a shoe-string budget and repurposing other people's cast-offs. We hope you find encouragement, inspiration, or validation that this life is tough but there is beauty in the brokenness.
