About a year ago we saw a video about literal *buckets* of coffee at Erin's Elderberries, and we knew we needed to go. (It’s in Warrenton, VA! Since I’m born and raised in Warrenton, MO, it felt like fate.) From the staff and the vibe to the coffee and the selection, this place was well worth the 45 minute drive. We will absolutely visit ’s again. Plus it was great to see actual farmland for the first time in months. 🌾☕️🪣

We made this southwest pasta for dinner tonight (and have enough to eat for most of the week). We subbed Banza elbow macaroni for the penne and ground turkey for the chicken breast (because it’s what we had on hand). We also added bell peppers and spinach. I think it tastes kind of like my mom’s famous Marzetti. lol
