Entry Level Customer Service Coordinator​​

Due to recent expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Full-Time Assistant to provide support services. We specialize in offering a variety of direct marketing campaigns and promotional services to clients based throughout the area.

The role will involve:

Owning and resolving customer queries at the first point of contact

Managing and maintaining sales and purchases

Working effectively with a small team

Communication with customers, field-based staff, colleagues and ensuring all client requirements are met
