It's unfortunate to say this, but... Too many teams are still not putting enough emphasis on mapping their customer journey, and creating content that maps to specific stages of that journey.

Don't get us wrong, it's easier said than done.

But that doesn't mean that you shouldn't work towards that end state.

One of the best ways to get started is to leverage a mapping template to create your own content map. And we just so happen to have some guidance for you in this arena.
