For my birthday celebration we sat in a circle, shared our gifts, shared vulnerably, danced and sang together.

Seeing my friends in their loving authentic expression brought my heart to new levels of expansion.

Humbled and grateful for the beautiful souls I know in this lifetime.

My beleated birthday wish is for all of us to focus on building community around us. We all need to feel connected and loved.

To all the friends who I’ve ever known, laughed with, shared heart opening and life changing experiences, know home much I love you.

We start with guided meditation to open our hearts to ourselves, each other and the earth followed by somatic movement and Authentic Relating.
