Random marathon today. 🫶🏼

It started with while I sat through the hospital today… and now I’m home, still listening to his music. 🥹

There’s just something about Michael’s music that takes me to a happy place. A place where I can breathe, smile, sing, remember, and just be.

I needed that more than ever today. ❤️

My nurse saw the tears falling from my eyes and simply hugged me. ❤️

I was emotionally depleted.

As I get through tonight, I’m choosing the music that brings me joy and a simple reminder that. I’m choosing the memories. I’m choosing gratitude. I’m choosing a little joy in the middle of all the chaos.

Healing for me lately has been deep conversations and reflection with self and God, and sometimes it looks like a random marathon in my living room. 😂🫶🏼

Either way… I’m grateful.
