Our exemplary Office Manager, Chief Billing Guru and Account Support person, Cindy Z, has been with us for over 10 years, and we can’t imagine what it would be like around here without her.

Cindy’s career in administrative and executive services has also included 10 years at a medical center, 10 years at a bank holding company, and a brief stint in radio. As someone who has worked on the inside of industries that we specialize in, Cindy’s experience grants her insight to our clients’ perspectives, and that makes her a valuable resource.

What’s more, Cindy is an outstanding proofreader and editor, with writing skill of her own. She’s also human—and uses em dashes.

Last week, Communicators Group was on-site at a number of Westfield Bank locations across Western Massachusetts (and a Westfield Starfires baseball game!) We were grabbing shots with our friends from Mondo Mediaworks for an upcoming TV spot. With Jeff, Cole, Scott, and Logan from CG on the scene, every last detail was accounted for.

A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, with a B.F.A. in Advertising and Branding, Logan brings a passion for storytelling and strategic communication. His thoughtful approach to writing fits right in at CG. He’s excited to help our clients connect with audiences through clear, creative messaging across digital, print, social, and beyond.

We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the ideas, energy, and fresh perspective he’ll bring to the team.

Art directors balance a lot. They turn complex information into compelling design, guide the viewer’s eye, and make it all fit beautifully. And all the while, design trends keep evolving.

Great couple of days at the New England Financial Marketing Association (NEFMA) Spring Conference at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel.

Always enjoyable spending time with Kristen from Savings Bank of Walpole, and catching up with colleagues from fellow New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp affiliates Meredith Village Savings Bank and The Merrimack. Good conversation, a few laughs, and an iPad full of ideas and to-dos.

Thanks to NEFMA for another well-run event.

Falyn Arakelian brings both passion and precision to everything she designs.

A graduate of the Art Institute of Boston with a BFA, Falyn spent 13 years honing her craft at a Southern Vermont agency before joining Communicators Group. We’re glad she did. Her work is thoughtful, intentional, and always grounded in purpose.

Falyn isn’t just focused on making things look good. She’s committed to helping clients and colleagues understand why design choices matter, and how they support the bigger brand story. That clarity makes her a valuable partner and a powerful collaborator.

Her layouts are consistently strong, her use of color is anything but accidental, and her eye for detail shows up in everything she touches, from client work to her own Mums and Poppies jewelry line (which has a loyal following around the office).

Falyn is creative, insightful, and always pushing for better work and processes. We’re lucky to have her on the team.

It takes a full (and we do mean full) year of planning, then it all comes together at our client Mission Health’s annual Leadership Conference. Jess designs the multi-day event from top to bottom while Tina herds every last cat. Cole writes all the speakers’ remarks and Jeff is on scene to help with last-minute script adjustments and other trouble-shooting. This year’s conference, themed Connected in Rhythm, leaned into the musical heritage and stunning architecture of host location Kansas City, MO. It was a great success, and we’re already rolling up our sleeves for next year’s show.

For Communicators Group, not much is as rewarding as getting out and talking to our clients’ customers, especially when we’re creating video content with our friends from Mondo Mediaworks.

Recently, Jeff and Sara of CG were on site at the Watkins Inn & Tavern in Walpole, NH to talk with owners Doug and Laura Palmer about why they chose Savings Bank of Walpole as their business bank. It was a great conversation on behalf of SBW’s “Here for Good” campaign. And Mondo wasn’t the only crew with a camera; check out our behind the scenes footage.

All hail the queen of spreadsheets.

Danielle Cutler is an organizational force at Communicators Group, keeping clients on track, projects moving, and our account service team operating at its best.

With a B.A. in Business Management from Hartwick College and experience in the retail Toy & Scrapbooking markets as well as the Luxury Packaging & Specialty Papers industries, Danielle brings deep expertise in branding, identity, and marketing strategy. More importantly, as our VP Account Service, she brings insight, focus, and a calm, steady approach that keeps everything aligned.

Outside the office, Danielle loves skiing and kayaking, is an incredible mom to two great kids (husband Chris does his part, too!), and a well-traveled explorer (38 states and counting).

We wouldn’t be the agency we are today without her.

It's National Administrative Professionals Day. Today we’re celebrating our favorite admin, the one and only Cindy!

A Cindy of all trades, as CG Office Manager she keeps everything and everyone running smoothly.

We surprised Cindy with a brand new CG sweatshirt at our staff meeting yesterday, and she didn’t waste any time putting it on and showing it off.

Cindy, we appreciate you more than you know. Thanks for all you do. (And you certainly do it a lot.)
