🎬 WE'RE HIRING: Creative Director & Videographer — and this one's a ground-floor opportunity.
Weber & Co. has spent 10+ years building websites, ad campaigns, and brands for 100+ Alaska businesses. Now we're bringing photo and video in-house — and we're looking for one person to lead it.
🚀 This is a build-it role. You won't be slotting into someone else's system. You'll create the photo and video side of Weber & Co. from the ground up, backed by an established agency that already has the clients and the work.
📌 What you'd own:
🎥 Lead photo and video shoots for our advertising and website clients across Alaska
✂️ Take projects start to finish — concept, storyboard, shoot, edit, deliver
⭐ Set the creative standard for everything Weber & Co. puts out
📈 Grow the role with us: commercial work now, with room to expand into wedding and personal photography down the line
🔍 What we're looking for:
✅ A strong shooter and editor who also thinks strategically about what makes a client's ad actually work
✅ Comfortable running a shoot solo (we'll hire more as we grow)
✅ Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills; photography chops a big plus
✅ Drone experience welcome (Part 107 a plus)
📍 Based in the Kenai/Soldotna area — this is a remote role, but you need to be local
💰 Pay: $60,000–$100,000 DOE, plus performance bonuses.
