Lamar Lester has been down in sunny Florida this week supporting Jane Davis and helping cover her territory.

While there, he had the opportunity to check out the new Orlando Health location in Lakeland and visit Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg.

But what makes Lamar such an exceptional leader isn’t just how he manages his own territory with care, precision, and dedication. It’s the way he consistently shows up for the entire team.

He doesn’t just lead from the sidelines; he gets out there, supports each of us in our territories, and is always willing to lend a hand when needed.

That kind of leadership makes a difference. We’re lucky to have a leader who leads by example, by action, and by always showing up.

Our team is always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and better serve our healthcare partners.

David and Will had an incredible experience attending the AHVAP Pediatric Healthcare Value Analysis Summit at Children's of Alabama. From participating in a hands-on simulation lab to taking in the impressive views from the helipad, they gained valuable insight into the unique world of pediatric healthcare.

Experiences like these deepen our understanding of our customers' environments and help us bring even greater value to the hospitals and clinicians we serve.

That's exactly what Jane Davis was doing while auditing OR mattresses to ensure they were still in serviceable condition. These proactive equipment assessments help hospital teams identify replacement needs before they become urgent, allowing them to plan bulk purchases of products like Casco mattress pads and keep their entire fleet ready for patient care.

It's not the most glamorous part of the job, but it's one of the most valuable. Preventive attention today helps avoid unexpected problems tomorrow, and that's what white-glove service is all about.
