Hi folks, as of today I have decided to pass my computer repair work to another business I trust. It has been fun helping folks but my entertainment and marketing business is where I wish to focus my time and efforts going forward. When they say "you must not be holding the power button down long enough" and I discover that you can't hold the power button down to fix defective RAM. Sigh. The customer has the computer back in a flash and happy as can be now.

To my gamers out there, 16GB of RAM is not enough. Many of you stream or do other things while the game is running. If you are pushing your RAM utilization to 80% regularly expect to have problems like blue screens, random reboots, etc.
