Word of mouth is vital to every business.

However, with limitations due to Covid there aren’t as many opportunities for people to gather and share stories, experiences, etc

Thats why I believe online reviews are critical right now.

It’s essentially “virtual word of mouth” so when someone leaves a review say on google, complete strangers have a chance to hear about that business.

If you've pushed off monitoring your reviews it may be time to put a little extra time in to focus on getting more and better reviews.

How are you keeping track of all the reviews you or your business are getting?

If you aren’t monitoring your reviews/reputation online you could be hurting your business.

85% of consumers trust an online review as much as a personal recommendation!

Think about that for a second, people are trusting complete strangers everyday to decide if they should put money towards your product or service.

If you aren’t currently checking in on your reviews you need to start now, it could be costing your business money

Business owners wear many hats.

Sales, marketing, fulfillment of their service/product.

Working inside of their business consumes so much of their time that social media is usually the thing to get left behind.

It’s important to continue a consistent online presence, especially during 2021 while businesses are still being limited with what they can and can’t offer.

If you’rs an owner that runs your own social media page, paid ads etc. and you’ve struggled with consistency.

Or know that you should be online but don’t know where to start.

70% of consumers would rather learn about products through content as opposed to traditional advertising.

We are living in a digital age and if you lack on online presence you may be leaving money on the table.

Many small businesses realize they need to be producing content on LinkedIn, Facebook etc. but don’t know where to start.

My first piece of advice would be just start by adding VALUE.

Focus on what you know and one piece of information your ideal clients want to know about.

One idea could be top questions your ideal clients ask you.

Then answer one or two of them.

Your first post may not be great but it’s something and gets you out in front of the world.

Once you start posting (ideally 3-5 times per week) you’ll become more comfortable.

Content is king and you’ll need to produce some if you want to grow your business, brand, client base etc. in 2021!
