The guitarist, who owns Rock’n Vodka has me exclusively making the coolest Tap Handles in the world (for their Vodka mixer drinks on Tap)!

These are being “hotshot’d” to North Carolina. More are going to Georgia…

Dropping off some Black Walnut to my local Saw Mill, I ended up picking up a couple beautiful Cherry Slabs. Zoom on the pictures, gorgeous curling grain. I do have a line on much larger ones too (3”+ thick and much wider slabs) perfect for a bar top or masive bench…

These are 2” thick meaty slabs, if you have an idea for these let me know. I can build a sign or a bench or??. Tell me what you want / need? Bar Top, bench… table…? Nothing beats hand made, solid wood over mass produced IKEA (pressed partical board) like furniture.

I’m in the process of making picture frames for some oil on canvas artwork. I’m considering milling these down (on my 14” Jet band saw) for the picture frames. I do have plenty of black walnut slabs too (they are dried ready too).

“The Stanley Cup” 8 Ball Traveling Trophy

Check out this handmade 100% original designed trophy! Made from locally Wisconsin grown / harvested Black Walnut. It’s a shame to cover that beautiful wood grain with name plates, but this Trophy will travel the city for the next 30+ years adding one name plate per year….

*Fec’s Place - (6 Shooters) gets the honor this year.

Sandwiched between the 1.5” thick x 2 Walnut is black onyx epoxy. At almost 4” thick, this is quite substantial. On top to contrast the black onyx is pearl white expoxy.

The name plate is 1/8” thick 304 Stainless Steel, hand cut, sanded, polished, then laser marked.

A real 8 Ball was drilled and tapped, with a 3/8” steel rod that holds it in place.

Check out this beautiful Black Walnut w/ burnt orange expoxy charcuterie board. Large and extra thick (approximately 24” x 12” x 1.5” thick). Rather than a simple round over (edges) I chose to do a complex 20 degree chamfer. All sanded down to a buttery smooth (320 grit) finish. Then custom laser’d a special message.

Check out my new item “One Trip” grocery bag handles.
$15 each or 2 for $20

Can’t tell you how many times I could have used one of these for unloading groceries! 100% ergonomically designed for comfort, even when carrying heavy loads. Won’t have to worry about cutting off the circulation in your arm anymore and you will be able to carry more and be comfortable doing so.

Made from high quality void free plywood for strength. Entire handle has been rounded over for comfort. So far I have tested up to 50lbs in weights, past with flying colors.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day. I’m making a limited run of Black Walnut Heart (catch all trays). Custom laser engraved (included) at a cost of $75 each w/ local pick (Kenosha).

The Black Walnut is locally sourced from Wisconsin, Milled right here in Kenosha / Racine area.

These Hearts are approximately 11”x10”x 1.5” thick.

Custom backlit Sign, made from high quality plywood with epoxy filled lettering and then epoxy “pour over” for a super smooth glass like appearance! Looks even nicer with LEDs off…. With that glass like shine.

MDF base with standoffs, backlit with Govee LEDs. Power switch / dimmer is located right behind “Place” for convenient turning on/off or adjusting brightness. Integrated key slots for hanging (16” on center). All power cords lare channeled in the wood via machined grooves, then hot glued in place.

Then can be wall mounted with a simple “hide a wire” plastic channel from Cheapo Depot/ Lowe’s… Run the power cord down your wall to a power source, then channel can be match painted to your wall color.

These can be made with just about any logo or text you like. Let me know what you what you would like yours to say…

I have to thank the Team at Rock’n Vodka for keeping me busy crafting these tap handles. I have to say, they are pretty cool looking with the epoxy and Acrylic inlays...

I love the fact that you can have a piece of “defective wood” with checks, cracks, holes or any other imperfections and fill with epoxy / CA glue and its now the highlight of that piece!

Check out this beautiful cutting board (refurbishment ). A customer had this hand made by a gentleman, who is no longer with us... This board is very special to this family and she then entrusted me to bring this back to life!

The hard plastic feet where upgraded to solid rubber feet with stainless hardware, this keeps the board planted for a nonslip design. I also included a jar of my own brand of Board Butter (protective bees wax/oil).

Keep this in mind, if you would like yours renewed or even customized (laser)?

Now that summer is over, I will have time for Custom projects, through the upcoming holidays.

This drink mix must be pretty good stuff, because they are shipping all across the country! Running batches of ten at a time, may have to look at scaling up.

The lighter color is Cherry with Red Wine Epoxy.
Dark wood is Black Walnut with either Diamond White or Black Onyx (one with Bucks Green).

Check out this custom jumbo cutting board, built to my client’s exact specifications.

One of the best parts is the beautiful end grain that extends the full length of the board!

One nice thing about my cutting boards is after a year or so of use, bring it back to me and i’ll run it through my drum sander and then hand sand and reapply my own Board Butter (*for a few bucks, to cover my costs). Renewed to look brand new (as thick as these are they will last a lifetime!)

Now taking orders for the Holiday Season! I also have a laser engraver, can customize upon request! Order soon, I do have a rather large backlog.
