Did you catch this update? Instagram is now letting creators add affiliate links directly to product tags in Reels. That’s a pretty meaningful shift. Reels were already driving attention, now they can drive actual revenue in the same moment.

Is your website traffic looking “good” but your sales are staying flat? 🔍

It’s easy to get distracted by high traffic numbers, but if your site isn’t converting, you likely have a “silent killer” lurking in your strategy. At Consumer51, we’ve identified the three most common mistakes that cause high-potential users to drop off:

🚩 Mistake 1: Vague Branding A beautiful brand is great, but if it doesn’t clearly communicate your value, it creates hesitation. Consumers decide in seconds if you are “for them”. If you don’t answer who you help and what problem you solve, they leave.

🚩 Mistake 2: “Internal” UX Is your site built for your users, or your internal departments? When navigation follows internal logic instead of user intent, friction wins and conversions die.

🚩 Mistake 3: Misaligned SEO Driving traffic is only half the battle. If your SEO brings in visitors without “intent alignment,” you’re just paying for eyes that will never buy.

The truth is: Branding, UX, and SEO only work when they work together. If these aren’t aligned, no marketing channel can save your ROI.
