"I need new business cards."

That's where our conversation started, but certainly not where it ended.

Appalachian Environmental Resources (AER) had been doing great work for over fifteen years, but their visual identity hadn't kept up. Business cards, website, email signatures. None of it matched. And with changes on the horizon, they were worried that updating anything might shake the trust they'd built.
