Payment/Return/Exchange/Shipping/Processing Policies:
----Payment----
Due to some orders not being paid for once completed ALL customers will be invoiced prior to starting your item. Once your invoice is paid, your item will be designed and pressed.
----Processing----
**All orders are handmade to order so please allow 1-2 weeks to ship (although I typically get most orders out within 2-3 days unle
ss I have to special order an item to complete it).
----Shipping----
**Orders are shipped via USPS. You will be notified when your order has shipped and provided with a tracking number. Local pick up is available (contact me about this if interested)
----Returns/Exchanges----
I will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Non-Personalized Items:
**If you receive your non-personalized item, and you are not fully satisfied please contact me and I will be happy to work with you to do an exchange.
**I do not give exchanges or refunds on personalized items, unless the error was mine (ex. I made it on the wrong size, or I spelled the name wrong.)
***Exchanges or Returns are ONLY accepted if the items is not altered in any way. Altered means being washed, worn, or was in a smoke filled environment.
***I will send you an image of your item before it is pressed. If you okay the design via messenger, I will NOT refund or exchange your item(s) for design reasons. I do not refund shipping costs. Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are unhappy with your order, I am happy to work with you.
