Most small business owners make hiring (and firing) decisions based on one thing…

Their bank account.

And that’s a dangerous game.

A high bank balance doesn’t always mean you’re profitable.
A low balance doesn’t always mean you’re struggling.

Without a clear picture of your numbers, you’re totally guessing:
• Can I actually afford this employee long-term?
• Is this role producing a return… or draining resources?
• Am I growing, or just staying busy?

When you rely on your bank account, you’re reacting.
When you rely on clean, accurate financials, you’re making decisions with confidence.

The truth is—good people decisions come from good financial clarity.

If you don’t know your numbers, you’re not running your business… your bank account is.
