Have you determined your Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) for your home service business?
Here's what you need to know ✅
Your Cost-Per-Acquisition defines how many dollars you spend to acquire a new customer.
These dollars include all marketing costs, ad/media spend, sales commission, and any other ancillary costs associated with getting a new customer.
🔨 To determine your CPA, take your total amount of new customers in a given time period, and divide that number by your total "acquisition" costs. 🔨
A couple of notes 📝
- You can also have a separate CPA for each marketing channel.
- Sometimes businesses prefer not to include sales commission which is totally fine!
- You can also have a Cost-Per-Conversion for more direct marketing efforts.
Hope this helps! 💪
