Here's what the Web 3.0 application landscape looks like compared to today, enabled by Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies and Self-sovereign identity - and we're just getting started...

It's exciting to see the change that's happening, and the movement away from centralised, non-censor resistant platforms, where users have neither control nor the ability to monetise the value they create for the platform.

We're seeing NFTs, digital 'wallets', DAOs, digital exchanges and many other capabilities being brought together to create a new way of building applications, of working together across borders, of protecting privacy, and ultimately doing the jobs we've always been trying to do... Just better.

To Joe Biden, The White House, et al:

My company will not force our team members, contractors, nor our customers into any health decisions they are not comfortable with.

Neither nor your administration has the legal constitutional authority to fire any employees from any company that make the cognitive choice to leave the individual's healthcare decisions up to their employees and team members.

There are more than enough peer reviewed, double blind study tested & viable prophylaxis available to address the symptoms and the speed of recovery of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) which has over a 99% recovery/survival rate.

If the stated goal of this administration is to stop the spread and protect the health of everyone in this nation against this pandemic, then reason would dictate that anything which has a success rate of 70% or higher would also be included in your mandate but I heard nothing about Ivermectin or Hydrochloroquine which have peer reviewed studies showing their effectiveness. One of our team members from Africa took Hydrochloroquine under the care of their doctor and was cured in 7 days. That's not hearsay or conjecture, that is a fact.

This one-size-fits-all approach to medicine by mandate is not only naïve, and shortsighted but is dangerous, reckless and potentially deadly. We know many contractors that have pre-existing conditions which in taking this mandated vaccination that you are ordering, would end their lives. We also have team members that taking this vaccine would be a direct violation of their inalienable 1st amendment right under religious beliefs.

As a company, CEO, employee or contractor, if your politics are more important than your performance; your ideology outweighs your imagination; your feelings have more significance than facts - then you are more about divisiveness than diversity; uniformity than unity and enablement rather than empowerment. You should be intellectually honest with others and call yourself a for-profit activist because you are neither improving customers experience nor adding value to the community in which you occupy. You are simply exploiting peoples fear, anger and division to try to boost your bottom-line because you and or your company followed the crowed and embraced mediocrity, rather than striving for excellence.
